Description Standard Qualifications: At Johnston-Willis we've been delivering top quality healthcare to Greater Richmond and the Tri-Cities area for more than 100 years. Our 292-bed hospital offers a full range of healthcare services, with specialties in cancer care within the Sara Cannon Cancer Institute-as well as inpatient rehabilitation (with all private rooms), our ER is a state-authorized level III trauma center and neuroscience, including our first-in-Richmond Gamma Knife Center. The Radiology Department at Johnston Willis Hospital provides high quality diagnostic services. Staffed by a board certified radiologist and highly qualified, credentialed technical staff, the department provides a complete line of specialty services to the community and the physicians in the Tri Cities. Services include: - Diagnostic X-Ray - Nuclear Medicine - Digital Mammography (Breast) - Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) - Ultrasound/Echocardiogram - Computerized Axial Tomography (CT) MRI Job Duties: 1 Obtain quality MRI images of patients 2 Complies with radiation safety guidelines. Operates MRI equipment safety including screening all patients for contraindications. 3 Demonstrates the ability to perform all necessary computer operations 4 Render patient care in a professional and courteous manner 5 Prepare MRI scanner and perform quality control tests. 6 Assist the radiology nurse or radiologist in administering medication, contrast agents, and all types of care to the patient. 7 Reviews each exam for technical accuracy and identifies anatomical orientation on all images. 8 Demonstrates willingness to assist in additional duties 9 Completes and maintains educational requirements * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
