Standard Qualifications: Position Summary:  The VP, CVSL is primarily responsible for supporting all efforts related to designing, developing, directing, coordinating, supporting and/or communicating the successful execution of the multi-year Division CVSL business plan and objectives across multiple pillars including growth, quality and operations (healthcare value and efficiency, service and satisfaction.) Additionally, this individual is responsible for the Division's Care Assure program including productivity, performance, enhancement and expansion. Care Assure, HCA's commitment to ensuring appropriate follow-up care for patients after discharge, enhances healthcare quality and value through improved care coordination, compliance with evidence-based recommendations and by establishing a longitudinal patient care relationship.  This individual will utilize known CVSL-specific strategic planning, analytic, business development and operational leadership skills and/or experience (preferably within a multi-facility environment) to achieve CVSL goals in combination with other Division, market and facility leaders. Frequent, key interactions and customers include Division leadership, market leadership, facility leadership, Cardiovascular physicians, the senior-most corporate leadership (including Operations) across multiple organizational areas, corporate-based CVSL stakeholders (including the Clinical Services Group, HealthTrust Purchasing Group, Physician Services Group, Physician & Provider Relations, Strategic Pricing & Analytics, Strategic Resource Group, Marketing, Research, IT&S, etc.) and CVSL peer leaders (other Division and market CVSL Leaders). This individual will establish and support Division CVSL structure to drive growth and performance improvement.  Key Responsibilities: Cardiovascular Service Line Service Line Development  · Designs and implements Division and market CVSL governance inclusive of Physician and administrative leaders  · Establishes and leads this cohesive organizational and governance structure supporting all facilities  · Directs annual CVSL business planning process to design and enhance 3-year CVSL business plans in each market  · Manages process to set and measure performance against CVSL aspirations across multiple areas (growth, quality and operations); leverages CVSL dashboard to review performance monthly  · Outlines and measures execution of CVSL tactics identified to achieve aspirations, engages additional team members, committees and resources to achieve tactic completion  · Collaborates with clinical stakeholders(CSG-CV) to ensure performance improvement processes in place for clinical outcomes  · Networks with other Division CVSL Leaders to share best practices and opportunities   Program Development  · Drives/supports:   New program growth through targeted program development   o Existing program optimization  o Vendor engagement  o Toolkit utilization for program optimization and start-up  o CV Research   Leads/participates in, as requested, program education & Vendor activities Supports identification of best practices and collaboration with CVSL goals  · Establishes collaborative relationships with various stakeholders to achieve goals   Physician Development  · Drives/supports relationship with and work product of Market and Division Medical Directors  · Establishes and partners with Dyad Physician leader  · Supports physician engagement on HCA Subspecialty Operations Councils and Working Groups  · Engages physicians across the Division in cardiovascular leadership, committee participation, strategic business planning, communication and education  · Supports physician recruitment and onboarding efforts to ensure alignment with CVSL business plan goals/aspirations and successful integration into the market   Leads/participates in, as requested, physician leadership meetings; professional society meetings; recruitment meetings, etc.     Care Assure  · Supports/drives  o Operations - Including identification of best practices and collaboration with CVSL goals  o Enhancement - Trigger refinement and innovation  o Expansion - New points of care, triggers, etc.   Monitors and drives Division performance Participates in, as requested, enterprise-wide Care Assure communications (e.g., CA All-hands meetings, CA Division Director meetings)  ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Serves as a member of the CVSL User Group.  · Collaborates with Care Assure, primarily as a business, analytics and strategy resource.  · Collaborates with corporate stakeholders (e.g., CSG, HPG, IT&S, Marketing, PSG, Research, SRG) and aligns on departmental priorities.  · Adheres to established system-wide and departmental policies, procedures and objectives and develops policies and procedures, as appropriate.  · Practices and adheres to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement"  · Aids in the identification and evaluation of new technologies as part of the Cardiovascular Growth Opportunity (CVGo) Toolkit development process. Assists with roll-out to CVSL Market leaders and facility operators.  · Develops and implements tools that guide and support the provision of CVSL services.  · Promotes a work environment that fosters employee development, self-directed teams and establishment of communication processes.  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge: · Possesses hospital and/or multi-hospital-system level service line planning (preferably Cardiovascular) experience and good grasp of administrative and clinical work flow in
