Join our tradition of excellence!     Job Description:  Reporting to the COO, this individual assumes the role as a leader in planning, directing and managing Cardiopulmonary Services, EKG, EEG and Sleep Disorders Center and staff to assure quality service on a 24-hour basis.   Responsibilities include:   Manage overall clinical, quality, administrative and fiscal aspects Cardiopulmonary Services Work with administration on planning, organizing, and directing Cardiopulmonary and Sleep Disorders Center Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Supervise approximately 70 FTE's Communicate appropriately and clearly to physicians, staff, Medical Director and administrative team Demonstrate knowledge /understanding of trauma protocols and initiates/performs protocols Demonstrate critical airway skills, patient assessment and decision-making skills necessary in Code Blue and Rapid Response calls Performs Pulmonary Function Studies and works with patient to achieve best results
