Description Standard Qualifications: Henrico Doctors' West Creek is a 10,000-square foot ER and staffed around the clock by physicians and clinical staff with special training in pediatric and adult emergency medicine. We will serve major and minor emergencies, receive patients by ambulance and walk-in, and even offer outpatient imaging and blood work.ER Physicians Board-certified specialists trained in pediatric and adult emergency care.ER Technology On-site, full-service lab, imaging and pharmacy. Job Duties: *1 Prepares patients, collects relevant information for completion of procedures. *2 Performs all general diagnostic radiographic and computed tomography procedures. *3 Transfers and positions the patient in a safe manner. *4 Observant of patients conditions. *5 Practices radiation safety as described in Federal standards, utilizing ALARA policy. *6 Understands and operates electronic information systems. *7 Compiles appropriate records to expedite results. *8 Operates mobile radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment within the department, in the OR environment, and throughout the hospital. *9 Administers contrast media as required. *10 Participates in continuing education activities to expand/enhance knowledge of diagnostic radiology and to meet the continuing education requirements of the ARRT. *11 Involvement in Quality Control/Quality Improvement *12 Initiates patient teaching including family and/or significant others. 13 Other duties as needed. * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
