Description Standard Qualifications: Under direction of RN will provide assistance in patient care in accordance with the patient care standards, to include but not limited to ADL's, linen changes, providing personal hygiene, and trash removal and maintain overall cleanliness of patient rooms. The Certified Nurse Assistant performs delegated duties consistent with his/her scope of practice and functions and within the philosophy and overall plan of care at Sky Ridge Medical Center. Provides care for Adult and Geriatric patient populations. . As unit secretary coordinates clerical functions of the unit. Transcribes physician orders, maintains patient charts, and orders supplies.
