Position Description: Reporting to the CNO, the Director of Women's Services assumes leadership for managing the daily operations of Women's Health, Labor & Delivery (L & D), the Nursery, Postpartum, Level II Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) and Lactation Services with a total 98 FTEs and anticipated 1,950 deliveries in 2017. With the implementation of transitioning at the bedside for both vaginal and C-section deliveries.
