Sunrise is a 730+bed facility, we are the largest HCA facility, as well as being the largest in the State of Nevada. We are a Trauma II Level Medical Center. Position: RN Supervisor (Admissions) - Full Time Days The Supervisor, Rehab Admissions coordinates all inpatient admissions to the Rehabilitation Unit and will assist in promoting the programs and services of the Sunrise Hospital's Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R). Acts as primary contact person receiving and recording all information for all potential patients to be admitted. Coordinates the entire pre-admission process until final acceptance and authorization has been obtained including notification of all interested parties up to and including arrival time. Must have excellent communication and professional relationships with all physicians and case managers in the community. The Supervisor, Rehab Admissions must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to evaluate the patients served in his/her department. The Supervisor, Rehab Admissions must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the patient's life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status. Must also interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his or her age specific needs, and provide the care needed as described in the department's policies and procedures. * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
