Progressive Care Registered Nurse The PCU nurse will provide care to the hemodynamically stable or predictably unstable patient not requiring mechanical ventilation. This includes providing physical, emotional, spiritual and cultural support to the patient. Anticipated patient populations include but are not limited to revascularization, carotid endarterectomy, diabetic ulcer, renal failure, DVT and intermediate surgical intervention.
