Description Standard Qualifications: Patient Care Technician/Assistant - PCT Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) - (ER overflow) Work Schedule: Full Time Days 7am-7pm, with rotating weekends Working under the supervision of a RN, the Patient Care Technician/PCT serves as a member of the healthcare team by providing assistance with activities of daily living for adult and geriatric patients. These include, but are not limited to, personal care, ambulation and general care patient. Documents baseline measurements. Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for the patient. Treats all patients and families with dignity, respect, and appreciation of their lifestyle, language, religion and culture.
