Description Standard Qualifications: Will utilize the nursing process to independently deliver nursing care to patients in order to achieve quality outcomes and communicate need for guidance/supervision based on self-assessment of strengths and limitations. Promotes a positive image of nursing and promotes collegiality among healthcare team members. C.A.R.E Pool RNs are required to work the following: Hours per Pay Period: Tier IV (Specialty RN): Minimum hours, weekend commitment, and demographic location determined by the group and POD in the HealthONE CARE pool Agreement. Holiday Requirements: Tier IV (Specialty RN) per Diem: 1 Major or 1 minor holiday, and 1 difficult to staff day annually. Tier IV benefited: 1 Major and 1 minor holiday, and 1 difficult to staff day annually. Floating: HealthONE C.A.R.E Pool employees will be required to float to all HealthONE facilities within the chosen pod. C.A.R.E Pool Nurses will be scheduled in units in which they have competencies.
