This position will play a key part in continuing our success! Centennial Medical Center is currently looking for a Unit Secretary- PICU (Full-Time). Shift: Day shift, 6:45 a.m. - 7:15 p.m. 3 days per week. Need to be available on Thursdays, consistently. The position would require floating within Woman and Children's hospital as well if needed. Job Summary Responds to patient and visitor general inquiriesPromotes customer service initiativesAnswers telephone promptly and appropriatelyProcesses orders accuratelyConveys STAT orders to appropriate personnel immediatelyMaintains patient chartsAssists with Infant Security initiativesMaintains par levels of suppliesFollows directions as necessary to ensure the workflow of the departmentAssist in maintaining compliance with federal, state and other governing bodies such as Joint CommissionSupports the facility's Standards of Performance and ICARE values * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
