Description Standard Qualifications: Patient Care Technician/Assistant - PCT Float Pool PRN Nights 7pm to 7am Working under the supervision of a RN, the Patient Care Technician/PCT serves as a member of the healthcare team by providing assistance with activities of daily living for adult and geriatric patients. These include, but are not limited to, personal care, ambulation and general care patient. Documents baseline measurements. Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for the patient. Treats all patients and families with dignity, respect, and appreciation of their lifestyle, language, religion and culture.
