Position: Acute Rehab Intake Coordinator POSITION SUMMARY (includes, but is not limited to): Acts as primary contact person receiving and recording all information for all potential patients to be admitted and coordinates the entire pre-admission process until final acceptance and authorization has been obtained including notification of all interested parties up to and including arrival time.
