Description Standard Qualifications: Registered Nurse Case Manager Full Time Days Our Case Managers assist our Patients with Care Coordination and Discharge Planning. Utilization Review is not required. We are looking for a hands on RN Case Manager interested helping our patients in an acute care environment.
