Description Nurse Practitioner NP / Family Practice / Outpatient We are seeking a qualified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner NP for an immediate opening. Our client serves a population of over 11,000 annually. Their main focus is to provide quality and affordable healthcare for the whole family. With over several locations throughout Maine, they are poised to continue a growth model that has included dental, vision, Optometry, etc. They pride themselves on the ability to have personal relationships with patients, thereby achieving the goal of healthcare. Our client offers the following benefits: $75,000 to $106,000 depending on experience $1500 annually with one week paid time. Health insurance paid 80/20.Employed paid 100% 100% Dental Benefit for employee and family 40 hrs of PTO in year (1) and 88 hrs year (2) 10 paid holidays Professional Liability Insurance through FTCA at no cost to the employee. Eligible for Educational Loan Repayment through NHSC at rating of (16). Signing bonus Relocation up to $5000 Nurse Practitioner NP / Family Practice / Outpatient Job Responsibilities As a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner NP you will be responsible for planning and implementation of the primary care service delivery to patients per health care plan and written protocols. Provide primary, secondary and tertiary care, including counseling and referral within multidisciplinary team. Additional responsibilities for the Family Practice Nurse Practitioner NP include: Shift Options M, W, Th & F 8am-5pm 11am-7pm Tuesday Flexible 4- (10) hr day schedule. No Call No Weekend 18-27 Patients per day Medical practice procedures required with additional procedures done with the comfort of the practitioner to do additional procedures.
