Description UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital is a free-standing, 50-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation facility located on the east side of Madison, Wisconsin. Our rehabilitation hospital opened in September 2015 and offers specialized programs for people who have experienced stroke, brain and spinal-cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries and other conditions requiring inpatient rehabilitative services. Our goal is to help patients achieve their highest level of recovery with a goal of returning home as soon as able. The UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital is a partnership between UW Health, Unity Point Meriter and Kindred Healthcare. House Supervisor - NIGHTS The House Supervisor (HS) functions under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON) and assumes responsibility for the Nursing Department. The HS in collaboration with the DON and leadership team assists to implement, interpret and assure compliance with policies and procedures including regulatory and accreditation standards. The HS directly supervises the nurses. The HS is responsible for implementing hospital goals and objectives based on budget parameters. The HS reinforces the mission and vision of the hospital in all interactions. #MON-HRS #LI-HRS Qualifications: Graduate of accredited registered nurse program with current licensure in the state. Bachelor's degree preferred. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 18 months of hire and keep current. Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred. Charge Nurse, Nursing Management or Leadership preferred. Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, evaluate and direct activities of clinical personnel; effective oral and written communication skills, in English with additional languages preferred; proficiency in basic computer skills required. * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
