Description Position: Facility Administrator Location: Austin, TX Duration: Direct Hire | Full Time Job Info Ensures the development of proper clinical procedures that ensure patient safety, comfort, and qualityEnsures appropriate admission and discharge procedures and assures that pre-admission criteria are appropriately met in accordance with policyResearches and prepares cost reduction proposals and implements them as applicableCoordinates all aspects of patient care within the vascular access facility in conjunction with the appropriate staff members, from admission through discharge of the patientEnsures education of the patient and the patient’s family regarding access careCreates, maintains, and communicates efficient and timely employee schedules according to the staffing needs of the facility to ensure adequate staffing on a daily basisParticipates in the recruitment, interview process and decision to hire new personnelRequirements Bachelor’s degree with concentration in nursing, healthcare or business related field preferredSuccessfully complete and maintain BLS CertificationMinimum (3) years direct experience or related experience.in healthcare supervisory or administrative role Experience in outpatient healthcare operations or an ambulatory surgery center setting preferredExperience obtaining and maintaining Medicare certification through an accrediting organization is desirableProficiency with the Microsoft office suiteFor immediate consideration please create a profile and submit your resume through our applicant tracking system.
