Description Reference Code: NER0034 Department: Addiction Medicine Schedule: Full time Shift: Various Shifts Hours: M-F The Certified Social Worker-R performs intake assessments and comprehensive evaluations to include substance abuse, develops treatment plans, and provides both brief interventions in a medical setting and psychotherapy on an outpatient in a psychiatry clinic/medical setting basis to individuals, couples and families. Education/Qualifications: Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work is required Experience: 6 years post MSW experience, under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or other recognized professional is required1 Year Substance Abuse or Crisis Prevention or Forensic mental health experiences preferred, not required Licensure/Certificates: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) with the "R" credential by New York State Department of Education is requiredCredentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC, CASACT) preferred, not required * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
