Description Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner needed on Long Island, NY! (Reference Code: KAM) Join a non-profit, New York State licensed, federally qualified health center. Offering generous compensation and benefits. This position is for a new mobile van traveling to different sites through Suffolk County. The Nurse Practitioner will assess and evaluate patients.
