Description 100% Outpatient, for a Family Psychiatric Nurse PractitionerThe FPNP will be working as part of the multi-disciplinary care team serving clients in the substance abuse and adult mental health programs. The position is for a Family Psych NP to work 100% OUTPATIENT.There are no inpatient duties. On call responsibilities 1 week per month.The patient base is mostly Child and Adolescent. 80% C&A - 20% Adult. There will be an expectation to hold a small caseload of clients with developmental disabilities.Ideally need someone to work 40 hours over 5 days though we are flexible with the schedule and can offer 4 10 hour days as long as its within normal business hours.If the candidate needs/wants more hour they will discuss 10 hr days.If a patient needs to be admitted they would be referred to the local hospital.Medication Checks are 20 to 30 minutes and Evaluations are up 90 minutes. Productivity requirement is 60% direct patient time. The expectation is two patients per hour.There is weekly supervision provided by a physician.
