Description Currently seeking a Full-Time RN Practice Manager for Primary Care, Urgent Care, Occupational Health Job Summary: The RN Practice Manager is responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and coordination of the day to day operations of multiple physician practices and clinics owned and operated by the medical center. This includes, developing and implementing policies and procedures, patient and staff scheduling, staff and provider orientation, staff competencies, regulatory compliance, performance management and staff empowerment that support the achievement of the optimal patient encounter. The RN Clinical Practice Manager works closely with the clinical staff and providers to ensure clinical quality and outcomes are achieved in accordance with relevant standards and benchmarks. Prerequisites:Education: Candidates must have a degree in nursing from an accredited academic facility, with the ability to obtain current Vermont licensure as a Registered Nurse. BSN preferred. Experience: 5 years experience in healthcare management preferred, with 3 years experience in a physician practice setting. Special Skills: Demonstrates solid knowledge base as it relates to clinical operations and practice management. Working knowledge of electronic health records. Joint Commission Standards, NCQA Standards, CLIA and other appropriate regulatory standards, license and credentialing for professional and paraprofessional staff.
