Description Seeking PT (Physical Therapist) for temporary contract assignment in Baltimore, MD! This SNF is looking for a skilled nursing- experienced PT to join their rehab staff for 13 weeks on a contract assignment. PT will be responsible for patient evals, plans of care, treatments, supervising PTA, reporting to DOR on staff. Productivity expectation: 85-90%.
