Description * 26 weeks, 4/29/2019 start * M-F, 7:30-4, 40 hours per week * No weekends, occasional call if needed * Must have at least 3 years of NP experience, with Occupational Health work history * MA RN & APRN License, ANCC (or similar), MA DEA, ACLS, & BLS required prior to start * Patient ratio is 1: 10-15 * Will work out of an Occupational Health Clinic; serving employees for on-boarding, occupational injury, assessments, return to work exams, etc * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
