Description Location: One hour outside of Saginaw Start date: December 4, 2017 Duration: On-going, potential to permanent hire Schedule: M-Th or M-F- 1 FTE needed- either 5 eight-hour days or 4 ten-hour days/week with lunch, 12-1pm (in clinic) Call: Basic call coverage with option to send them to ER Weekday call: None (hospitalist) Weekend call: 1:5 Callback: 10% Phone consult: 50%- cell phone provided Patient mix: 70% Adult; 30% Geriatric Patient volume: 17-23/day Group: 2 Physicians in practice Support staff: 5 Mid-levels Ancillary staff: MA, RN, Tech Clinic details: 4 exam rooms; EMR- CPSI/Evident Skills Requirements: BC or BE within 5 years of residency; BLS; MI license Notes 9493055099 * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
