•  Coverage needed for two locations, 10-15 minutes apart
•  Duration: Hiring now and on-going
•  Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
•  80% hospital based, 20% clinic/office
•  Job responsibilities: IP consults, ED consults, general ENT surgical procedures, follow ups in hospital and referrals from ED
•  100% adult
•  EMR: Meditech
•  Mandated job requirements:
o  Active PA license
o  Inpatient experience
o  ATLS and NRP certifications
o  Experience with Meditech- preferred
