Description The primary care locum tenens position outside of Indianapolis, IN…. -Location: 2 hours from Chicago, IL, 3 hours from Louisville, KY -Duration: now considering qualified providers, on-going, and will consider permanent hire -Reason for recruitment: Retiring physician (from established practice) -Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8a-5p with one late evening hour -Patients: 25-30 per day in outpatient capacity -Group: 120 providers, multi-specialty -Clinic: Lab testing on site, Hospital is 2 minutes away for all needs -Hospital: will need IP privileges >provider rounds on patient in the nursing home -Compensation: Negotiable -Credentialing: 4 week timeline -Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Indiana license Skills If you (or someone you know) is interested in a diversified career opportunity, and a way to supplement income feel free to reach out.
