Please see below for details: • Hospital: 23 beds, level IV trauma center • 4-12’s every other weekend: Friday, Sat. Sun. and Mon. 11:00 am to 11:00 pm • Duration: February 2017 and ongoing • Patient volume: 15-20 cases/day (patients, inpatients, follow-ups, etc.) • Patient mix: majority Medicare patients (53.57%), Medicaid (19.04%), contracted payors (22.30%), self-pay (2.06%), worker’s comp (1.83%), commercial (.29%) • Support staff: RN and EMTs • Requirements: procedures include simple laceration, fracture care, and evaluation management - DEA license required - ACLS and ATLS certifications, BLS certification or eligible to obtain - WI license or able to obtain Please call me for further details, and please let me know your availability, desired pay rate and provide me with a current CV and a contact number.
