Position Details: Allergy & Immunology
  
Practice Structure: Working in a clinic setting seeing patients and clearing them for treatments or routine follow-ups. 75% adults, 25% pediatrics, 100% outpatient. 9 pts per physician per day. 3 MA’s, 2 PAR’s and 2 RN’s support staff. Procedures include, but are not limited to Spirometry, FeNO testing, skin testing for environmental’s and food.
          
Start Date: 7/5/2017
End Date: Ongoing
Schedule: 9am-2pm
Shifts: 7/5-7/6; 8/8-8/17; 10/19-10/26; 11/14-11/23; 12/25-12/29
Weekend Requirements: Only as dated
Call Requirements: None
State License Required: Active California License
Board Certification Required: Yes
Additional Certification Required: BLS, ACLS
Travel & Accommodations Provided: PAID
Malpractice Insurance Provided: PAID
