Position Details: Hospice & Palliative Care
        
Practice Structure: Work also includes F2F and occasional pain/symptom management visits in patient homes, 100% Adult, 85% Geriatric; most patients retain their primary care provider. Outside specialists occasionally consult with patients (e.g. radiologists, cardiologists) Total hospice staff: approximately 90. RN, LPN, MSW, Hospice

Start Date:  As soon as credentialed
Duration:  On going
Schedule/Shift:  Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM    
Weekend Requirements: Rotating  
Call Requirements: Negotiable

State License Required:Washington State Licensed
Board Certification Required:YES
Additional Certification Required:DEA; will not need hospital privileges
Travel & Accommodations Provided:PAID  
Malpractice Insurance Provided:  PAID
