Description The locum tenens psychiatry opportunity in Louisiana… -Location: Sites in Baton Rouge and New Orleans -Duration: Now open and on-going (may consider permanent hire) -Schedule: Monday-Friday, no weekend, no call (will consider adjustment per your availability) -Patients: Adult, inpatient and, or outpatient (option for Child and Adolescent if trained) -Hospital: 14 bed behavioral health unit -Group: 2 other psychiatrist per location -Scope: Crisis intervention, geriatric psychiatry, medical psychiatry, behavioral medicine, addictive unit >child and adolescent if capable -Comprehensive patient support: Psychologist, Masters level social workers, -Health system: Non-profit, academic facility -Required: Board certified or board eligible with Louisiana license Skills If you (or someone you know) is interested in a diversified career opportunity, and a way to supplement income feel free to reach out.
