Description The Gastroenterology opportunity outside of Indianapolis, IN…. -Location: 1 hour from Indianapolis -Duration: March 2020 – On-going -Commitment: Approximately one week per month -Reason for recruitment: Spot coverage -Schedule: Flexible per your availability (shifts are usually Monday – Monday) -Call: 24 hour call while on assignment -Scope: Service, Consult, ERCP -Patient contact: Approximately 10 hours per day (paid “premium” after 8 hours of patient contact) -Patient Volume: 1, 375 annually per physician -Unscheduled patients: 4-5 ER -Required procedures: Base line EGD/Colon (Option for ERCP and EUS), Conscious sedation -Available equipment: ERCP, EUS, Endoscopy/Colonoscopy Suite -Support Staff: RN and Tech in OP Surgery Center, MAs -Hospital affiliation: 233-bed regional referral, level III trauma center -Group: 2 other gastroenterologists -Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Indiana license or interest in getting one Skills If you (or someone you know) is interested in a diversified career opportunity, and a way to supplement income feel free to reach out.
