Required:  Active Oregon license

DATES: July 20-August 7 , potential for more dates

-Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-4p

-No hospital coverage, No call, no weekends

FACILITY: Urology Practice Group: 25 Urologists that own their own rad center

-Mostly Prostate cancer

-Patients per day: 25 patients per day

-EMR: Aria

-Credentialing Expedited 3-5 days*
