The locum tenens interventional cardiology opportunity in Wyoming….
-Location: Casper, WY
-Duration: November 2020 – October 2021 (potential for extension)
-Reason for recruitment: Retirement (option locum tenens to permanent)
-Schedule: Every third week, Wednesday 7a- Monday 7a
-Open dates:
11/11 – 11/16
12/2 – 12/7
1/6/2021 – 1/11/2021
1/27/2021 – 2/1/2021
2/17 – 2/22
3/10 - 3/15
3/31 – 4/6
4/21 – 4/27
5/12 - 5/17
6/2 – 6/8
6/26 – 6/29
Future dates TBD-Call: 24 hour every day while on assignment
-Scope: Hospital rounds, consults, admits echo’s, nuclear, coronary interventions, heart catheters
>option for transradial
-Patient volume: 10 per day
-Support: 4 advance practice providers
-EMR: Cerner
-Group: 4 general cardiologists, and 2 interventionalists
-Hospital: 191 beds
-Must have 70 PCIs in the last 12 months to be privileged
-Required: Board certified or eligible with Wyoming, Compact license xxxxxxxxxxx* or willing to apply (3-4 weeks to obtain)
