•  Duration: Hiring now and on-going
•  Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-4p or 8a-5p, Thursday, 11a-8p, Saturday 9a-1p
•  Call: Rotating call on Saturdays, 2 nights per month; call is light
•  Patient volume: 15-20 patients per day
•  Support staff: PA, MA, RN
•  Physician will be supervising advanced practice provider
•  EMR: GE Centricity
•  Mandated job requirements:
o  Oregon license
o  BC or BE (within 5 years of residency)
o  BLS, PALS certification
o  DEA license

*Travel, lodging, and malpractice PAID for locum opportunities
