Description **Diagnostic / Interventional Radiology/ Mammographhy Wooster, OH Need – Wooster Community Hospital Brief Job Description: Must have proficiency across all modalities including plain film, fluoroscopy, nuclear medicine, MRI, CT, ultrasound, interventional radiology, and mammography Location: Wooster, Ohio Duration: Ongoing Number of openings: 2 Reason for need: Vacation Coverage, 8-10 weeks per year % of Modality split: DX - 86-88%, IR - 2-3% and Mammo - 10-11% Approximately 15-20 IR cases/week, 100 mammo cases/week and the rest DX, mostly CT and PF Average # of cases per Rad: 42% onsite (~530/wk) 58% off (~730) Board Certification: Board Certified in Diagnostic & Interventional Radiology, MQSA, Interventional Radiology fellowship trained Must Active OH Medical License prior to submission Schedule: Monday - Sunday 8a-5pm + Call Nightly 5p- 8a + weekend 24-hour call Shifts: minimum 7 shifts per month Setting: inpatientLicense Requirement: Must have OH license Privileges: 90 -120 days, no temps *Clean files only* - no background, no malpracticePotential request to cross credential at Wooster Community Hospital, Lima Memorial Hospital & McLaren Central Michigan - Function as a Market Available dates/Vacation dates needing coverage for:· May 17-24 · Aug 30 – Sept 3 · Nov 22-26 · Dec 27-30 * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
