Description Hospital looking for an Oncologist. Will accept Locum, Locum to Perm, or Perm providers. Dates of Coverage: Monday August 23rd, 2021 through January 202224/7 position with 24/7 call coverage due to hematologic emergenciesPatient Population: Adult and Geriatric60% Hematology/ 40% Medical Oncology Average number of patients per day-Outpatient: 8 but we would like to get to 12 plus.Average number of patients per day-Hospital: 8Clinical Area: Oncology-Outpatient setting, Internal Medicine inpatient setting, and Oncology Inpatient settingTrauma Level IIIEMR: Aria/MeditechRequired Procedures: management of VAD/CV CathetersRequired duties: participation on tumor board, blood bank, orders tests, orders images, and prescribes.Administration of Chemotherapy: Physician and Nurse OncologistCredentialing timeframe: 3 months from an active PA license Providers must be local-only mileage is reimburse * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
