Patients volume: 12-15 per day
Clinic only

Support: One APP dedicated to infusion

Group: one other physician

EMR: Epic (scribe provided)

Academic affiliate health system

Hospital: 131 beds, level II trauma

Required: Board certified with active California license (clean background)
