- 8am-5pm Mon - Thursday
- PPD 12-14
- Credentialing ASAP
- Must have Medicaid license #
- Support Staff: 2 assistants 2 hygienists 3 front girls
- Bread & Butter Dentistry (does not have to do root canals if does not want to)
- Travel + Lodging - Yes , Depends on rate but yes open to
