CRNA Practice Profile

Location/Worksite address: Orlando, FL

Dates coverage is needed: July (ASAP pending credentialing) - Ongoing

Schedule/Shift times: 7am start. 8s, 10s and 12s possible. Must be available 12-20 shifts per month. (Monday thru Friday 8's or four 10's per week or three 12's)

Types of cases/Specialty mix: Cases: Trauma, cardiac, ortho, OB, Regional, Vascular, Neuro, General. No peds. Epidural skills and trauma experience required

Support staff available (CRNA’s, MA’s, Scrub Techs): 4 CRNAs and 1 MD

Type of charting (EMR, paper): EPIC

Credentialing timeframe: 90 days with temp privs available. Pushing for a July start date
