·        FP/IM Physician, but prefer someone who is FP trained

·        BC or BE , No new grads

• 40 hour work week

·        Bilingual in Spanish or Arabic is a plus

·        Start date: ASAP

·        15 patients/day, dealing with chronic illness in adults. There is a very small pediatric population.

·        Support staff: 1:1 ratio of MA to provider, there are other clinicians there as well (NP,PA)

·        EMR – Athena

·        No procedures required
