Shift Type: Variety of shifts and times. Full time, Part time, PRN. 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts

Call: No Weekends and No Call

Ages: Adults and healthy Peds

Support Staff: Support staff will depend on who is actually hired. They will not compromise safety and will have an extra set of hands

Qualifications: Clean background with no malpractice . ACLS, NBCRNA, PALS, Ohio license

Type of Cases: Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose & Throat), Gastroenterology, General, Gynecological, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic surgery, Pain management (Interventional), Podiatry, Urology. Experienced CRNA's comfortable with independent practice a plus, preferably not a new grad. Ability to work independently for things like cataracts and endo is a plus. Proficiency in peripheral nerve blocks is also a plus.

EMS: Mindray Anesthesia Machines, currently SIS EMR for pre and post ops with OR record and Block record on paper, this may change in the future.NOw
