Description Coverage Dates: January through April Schedule/Shift times: 6:45am-2:45pm Patient ages: all ages Types of cases/Specialty mix: bariatrics, colorectal, general, ortho, neuro (spine, cranial), urology and B&B peds and cardiac Support staff: CRNA supervision (1:3 or 1:4), occasionally doing own cases Type of charting: Cerner, offsite is paper Credentialing timeframe: 30-45 days * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
