Description Need 1 more provider to cover December XMAS dates December 22-26. Will be ongoing dates as well Providers need to have a clean background Shifts are 7a-5p or 12p-10p Patients 15-18 No procedures required, but need to be able to work in a fast pace Hospitalist program EPIC Full Travel Providers need to be vaccinated for COVID and Flu, no exemptions given for locums * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
