Description
- 2x PMHNP
- Fulltime M-F 8-5PM with some rotating nightly call
- Outpatient/PACT Program
- All adults, 8-10 patients per day
- 30 min med management / 60 min evaluations (flexible)
- Cases seen: PACT team(extreme cases) including bipolar disorder, depression etc.
- Support staff of 1 psychiatrist, RNs, LCSWs
- COVID-19 Vaccine required
