- ACLS
- Covid vaccinated - medical/religious exemptions approved on case by case basis
- Facility: A General Medical and Surgical Hospital
- Schedule: Dates: March 10-20 and May 29 - June 12, 2022
- Assignment: Inpatient
- Census: 60 patients per day
