Description Anesthesiology Practice Profile Facility name: Within 1 hour of Ft. Worth Dates coverage is needed: Asap - ongoing (for the next few months) Schedule/Shift times: M-F, 8-10 hours per day. Every other Friday off Call required?: None Patient ages (children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics): Mostly adults, limited Peds Types of cases/Specialty mix: Case types include OB, general, Ortho, endo, Gyn Type of charting (EMR, paper): EMR (Medaxion) Credentialing timeframe: within 2-3 weeks if necessary * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
