  • Salary: $140K plus productivity incentive bonus (quarterly)

    • M.S degree

    • Board Certified

    • CT License

    • CT DEA

    • Experience with substance treatment preferred but not required

    • Spanish speaking preferred

    • New grads welcome



  • Facility: A Family Health Center

    • 2 locations



  • Schedule: Start Date: ASAP

    • M-F; 8-5

    • 1 week evening and 1 Sat per month



  • Assignment: Outpatient

    • Census: Adults. Peds
