Description •Full Scope Family Medicine – Great Base of Privately Insured Patients / Low Amount of Medicaid / Mostly Tenured Nursing Staff New Nurses Come from Local Nursing Schools •Join 2 Full-Time Physicians, 2 CNPs – Cohesive Group, Room for More Call Shared Between 3 Physicians, Supplemented by Local Visiting Physicians Easy Scheduling of CME and PTO •24 Bed Critical Access Hospital – 14 Private Inpatient Rooms Onsite 16 Slice CT / MR / Ultrasound / Digital Breast Imaging Unit / Digital PACS Fully Integrated EMR / 24-hour or Less Turnaround for Most Labs and Tests •Base salary of $220,000/Year + 403b Retirement Account / Employer Funded Pension Plan Paid Malpractice, Dental, Health, Disability, Life Insurance Up to $200,000 Student Loan Repayment Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Allowance / 4-6 Weeks of Vacation / 10 Days CME •No ICU – All ICU Type Patients are Stabilized and Shipped / ED Covered by PA and NP Providers Supported by Telemedicine / No OB – Visiting OBGYN / Full Spectrum of Surgical Services Available in the Community or a Few Times per Week from Visiting Specialists •Telemedicine Support – ED Trained Telemedicine, Telestroke and Other Specialists Available •Option to See Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Patients – Shared Care with the OBGYN •Ability to Work with Residents •Service Area More Than 15k, New Providers Will Build Practice Quickly * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
