- Facility: A General Medical and Surgical Hospital
- Schedule: Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing
- Assignment: Inpatient/Outpatient
- Census: Hospital: 10-12 pts per month; Clinic: 10-15 pts per day
- Census: Adults
- Required procedures: EEG, EMG, Botulinum Toxin Administration (Botox)
- Staff: 1 MD, 2 APP, shared 2 RNs and 4 MAs
- EMR: Epic
