PEDIATRICS SOUTHERN OREGON
Searching for a BC / BE Pediatrician. Will not consider Visa candidates
Physician owned group seeks 6th physician to take over busy practice with combined clinical and inpatient responsibilities.
One-year employment agreement with partnership available after 12 months.
Salary is a starting base $240K plus productivity formula and Rural Health Subsidy.
$20K sign on bonus with relocation allowance also Benefits:
Medical Insurance for physician and family - SPC pays first $450 of premium and then that leaves a small portion for employee
Malpractice: Yes - tail coverage is included
Retirement: Safe Harbor platform
CME: Time off plus allowance.
Vacation: 5 weeks + company holidays
The beautiful 4 1/2 hour drive to Portland is pleasant, with only minimal traffic. The user-friendly regional airport offers direct flights to the major cities in the West.
